TERMS & CONDITIONS

WELCOME TO KISSESfromSEATTLE!

KISSESfromSEATTLE is a blogshop that provides customers a platform to get those US hot selling products. More exciting products will be coming your way! Stay tuned for that!

We are based in the US & Singapore

We bring in authentic Coach and Kate Spade bags at an affordable price and other preorder items such as skincare products and makeups as well.

 AUTHENTICITY 
 All items are bought from COACH/KATE SPADE Outlet* Stores or COACH/KATE SPADE.Com and are ready stock in the US only.

 *Items from the factory outlets are not rejected/damaged goods.

All items are BRAND NEW WITH TAG* and come with gift receipt. Photocopies of the original receipt will be given if there are no gift receipts available. Gift receipts are generated by the stores. Sometimes, the serial numbers might not match as the purchases are made in bulk and there could be a processing error.

* Tags might not be attached to the item as the store includes the tag inside the item

Items from Coach/Kate Spade.com come with order form or a gift card in place of gift receipt. If both are not available, we will forward you the email confirmation from the website upon request.

Items from coach.com or katespade.com do not guarantee a gift box or paper bag but we will provide whatever they provide us.

All Kate Spade bags will come with dust bag.

All Coach bags do not come with dust bag

All items listed on the facebook page and blog are in ready stock in the US or in Singapore (as stated).

We only do in-person exchange for the goods only. We will not mail the items via registered/normal mail.

TO ORDER
 
Items are available on a payment first basis and you have to wait for invoice.

Reservations will only be available when full payment is made.

Email orders to kissesfromseattle@gmail.com or leave a comment at the photo of the item you would like to purchase in the following format:

Title : Item name and style number
1. Name
2. Contact number
3. Address (residential/home)
4. Item number/name/colour
5. Price
6. Preferred payment mode (POSB/UOB/OCBS internet banking or atm)
7. Name and email of the person who refers you to our site (both you and your referral will get a special reward!)
8. Comments

Once we have received this information, we will send a confirmation on the availability and an invoice. After which, kindly make payment within 24 hours. We seek your understanding that a maximum time frame of 24 hours will be given for the payment to be made. If we do not receive payment within 24 hours after we sent out the invoice, the item will be released to the next buyer who wish to purchase the item or will be put up for sale thereafter without any further notification.

DELIVERY

  
ALL PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF SHIPPING / HANDLING FEES / DELIVERY TO DOORSTEP FEES!

Estimated 2 weeks meet up delivery to designated Singapore address (decided by buyer), latest 3 weeks.

We only do personal delivery for items that are $200 and above, no items will be sent via air mail.
As for orders below S$200, self collection will be arranged.
*Kindly note that the delivery and meet up hours are during off office hours.

An sms will be sent to inform you that the items are in Singapore for self collection.
No cancellations can be made once deal is finalized

SALES POLICY

 
No exchange/refund for items which we have delivered to customers and customers would like to make an exchange for another design.

Please inspect the item on the spot and we are afraid that we would not be able to offer a refund/exchange once the order form has been signed. We would like to thank you for your understanding :)

All prices listed are NETT and FINAL, INCLUSIVE of doorstep delivery to your stated address or meet ups.


REFUND POLICY

A full refund of the product paid will be made if:
-The product is no longer in stock after making the payment.
-The item is determined to not be authentic (Rest assured it won't be the case)
